FAQS
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY INITIAL CONSULTATION?
Some questions to think about for our initial consultation:
1. When I get to know you better what qualities and strengths will I come to admire about you and your family?
2. What are some of the difficult experiences you have struggled with over the past year as a result of the concerns you would like to work on?
3. Have you or your family reached out for support in the past? If so, what worked and did not work ?
WHO PARTICIPATES IN THE WORKSHOP?
Anyone you consider to be in your support group is encouraged to participate in one or more meetings, over the eight to ten week workshop. Communication and coordination are key to success when making healthy changes.
HOW CAN I START WORKING WITH YOU?
Contact me with any questions and to schedule a consultation. We will discuss strengths, concerns, expectations, and meeting times that fit your schedule.
WHAT IS THE TIME COMMITMENT?
Every family and situation is different. However, putting aside an hour, once a week, for this workshop is recommended. Depending on your schedule and availability of family members, meeting for eight to ten weeks is helpful in fostering change.
